UrbanShore provides property management and short-term rental management services across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. This website describes those services and lets you contact us, request appraisals and read our resources. Engaging us to manage a property is governed by a separate written agreement — these terms cover use of the website only.

The content on this website — including rental market commentary, appraisal guidance, regulatory summaries, checklists, worked examples and articles in our Resources section — is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account.

Laws, council rules and market conditions change. While we take care to keep content accurate and current, you should confirm current requirements with the relevant authority (for example, the Residential Tenancies Authority or your local council) and obtain independent professional advice before making decisions about your property.
